What You Would be Responsible for:
- Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics reporting
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and compliance requirements
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the organization
- Support our recruitment team with daily activities as directed by the recruiting manager
- Assist the Human Resource Department with daily operations as directed by the HR manager
- Identify areas for improvement within our HR processes and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction
- Maintain accurate HR records and utilize data analytics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize HR processes.
- May administer employee benefits programs

- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools for data management and analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and procedures.
